With responsibility for approximately $30M+ in annual revenue, this leader will drive operational excellence, strengthen nursery expertise, and develop high-performing teams capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences and business results.

Requirements
- 4-7+ years of nursery, horticulture, landscape supply, agriculture, or other green industry experience
- Knowledge of nursery purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing business performance through a P&L, with working knowledge of budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and other core financial concepts
- Proven experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-site operations
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance
- Strong talent management skills, including hiring, development, succession planning, and performance management
- Experience driving business results through operational leadership and disciplined execution
- Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel throughout the territory and effectively manage geographically dispersed teams
