Role OverviewThe Area Commercial Manager/Deputy Project Manager will partner and collaborate with Project Managers to oversee contracts, manage change processes, and provide support across multiple business groups. This role requires strong organizational skills, confident writing skills, and the ability to manage various priorities among teams.
What You Will Do
Partner with Project Managers to administer contracts and drive successful change management, prepare weekly and monthly reports, produce and transmit project documentation, and draft contract summaries for business groups and PMs.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Architecture/Engineering, Design-Build, P3, project management, or project controls environment
- Entry level positions are possible with a bachelor's degree in architecture, business, law or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a high performing team structure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter; good communication and people skills
