Job Description

Requirements
Coordinate, monitor, and lead technical competencies of business class staff and delivery production
Workload management for staff within the DLCW Business Class
Serve as a supervisor and mentor of DLCW as well as Water Resources staff as needed
Provide project leadership as a PM or technical leader for the delivery of project services to meet client expectations and HDR quality expectations
Collaborate on business class efforts with Florida leadership including the WBG Manager, Professional Services Leader, Business Development Manager and Area Manager
Participate in business class practice and professional discipline groups, project teams and activities to continually improve standards and best practices, and implement effective quality assurance and quality control reviews
Serve on pursuit teams for new opportunities, as either a pursuit leader or technical leader, providing expertise and knowledge of HDR’s staff, tools and capabilities
Engage in close collaboration with the area-level marketing team, including the Business Development Manager, Client Managers, Market Sector Leaders, and even East Region / National leadership
Provide leadership on the implementation of project QA/QC procedures and live HDR’s culture of quality
Technical conference planning and work with the WRM MS Leader to develop a strategy for our technical brand
Benefits
Professional Engineer in Florida or ability to obtain Florida PE license within 6 months
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse project team; and travel as required for project or other business assignments
Ability to function as an active team player in a diverse multidisciplinary environment
