Requirements

  • Coordinate, monitor, and lead technical competencies of business class staff and delivery production
  • Workload management for staff within the DLCW Business Class
  • Serve as a supervisor and mentor of DLCW as well as Water Resources staff as needed
  • Provide project leadership as a PM or technical leader for the delivery of project services to meet client expectations and HDR quality expectations
  • Collaborate on business class efforts with Florida leadership including the WBG Manager, Professional Services Leader, Business Development Manager and Area Manager
  • Participate in business class practice and professional discipline groups, project teams and activities to continually improve standards and best practices, and implement effective quality assurance and quality control reviews
  • Serve on pursuit teams for new opportunities, as either a pursuit leader or technical leader, providing expertise and knowledge of HDR’s staff, tools and capabilities
  • Engage in close collaboration with the area-level marketing team, including the Business Development Manager, Client Managers, Market Sector Leaders, and even East Region / National leadership
  • Provide leadership on the implementation of project QA/QC procedures and live HDR’s culture of quality
  • Technical conference planning and work with the WRM MS Leader to develop a strategy for our technical brand
