Job Description
HDR is looking for a Business Class Leader to serve as part of the Area's technical leadership team within the Florida Water Business Group. The successful candidate will lead a group of professionals in project delivery for clients in the technical areas of dams; spillways; reservoirs; levees; coastal, flood, and riverine risk management, site / civil for local, state, and federal clients; and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Coordinate, monitor, and lead technical competencies of business class staff and delivery production
  • Workload management for staff within the DLCW Business Class
  • Serve as a supervisor and mentor of DLCW as well as Water Resources staff as needed
  • Provide project leadership as a PM or technical leader for the delivery of project services
  • Collaborate on business class efforts with Florida leadership and regional/national leadership
  • Participate in business class practice and professional discipline groups, project teams and activities
  • Serve on pursuit teams for new opportunities
  • Engage in close collaboration with the area-level marketing team
  • Provide leadership on the implementation of project QA/QC procedures
  • Technical conference planning
