Job Description
Dungarvin is a mission-driven team providing support services to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The Area Director will oversee 9-program Adult Family Home Service segment, supervise Program Directors, and ensure exceptional quality and efficient utilization. The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and regulatory compliance skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Allied Health, Health and Human Services, Human Services Management, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Business or a related field.
  • 4 years of managerial experience in human services or healthcare.
  • Experience in behavior reduction/elimination strategies and mental/behavioral health crisis prevention and intervention.
