Job Description

The Area Director- DD / IDD Services oversees programs and services in the assigned geographic region, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure high-quality services while expanding and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage program directors and support staff
  • Oversee financial performance and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and contract requirements
  • Supervise program development and staff training
