Job Description
At Dungarvin, we provide person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. As an Area Director, you will oversee programs and services in the assigned geographic region, providing leadership and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services. You will also be responsible for expanding and developing new business opportunities, managing budgets and staffing, and ensuring compliance with licensure and certification requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related field
  • 2+ years of supervisory (mid-to-upper management) experience
  • 5 years experience in residential programs or services for individuals with disabilities
  • Multi-site or multi-state management experience
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
