Job Description
At Dungarvin, we're a mission-driven team providing support services to individuals with disabilities. We're looking for an Area Director to oversee programs in the Lafayette, IN area, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure high-quality services.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage program directors and support staff
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and contract requirements
  • Supervise program development, staff training, and the implementation of support plans for individuals served
  • Expand and develop new and existing business units within the assigned area
  • Represent Dungarvin in local, state, and regional workgroups, committees, and partnerships
  • Assess organizational risk and implement risk management protocols to protect the company and those we serve
