Job Description
Area Director - DD / IDD Services will oversee programs and services in the assigned geographic region, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities. The role includes budget management, staffing, licensing, policy development, marketing, and proposal preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of supervisory (mid-to-upper management) experience.
  • 5 years experience in residential programs or services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Multi-site or multi-state management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
