Role OverviewThe Area Director – DD/IDD Services oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region, providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities.

This high-impact leadership role includes oversight of budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program performance, marketing, and proposal preparation.

Must have 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- 5+ years of experience within residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs
- 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs, sites, or leadership teams
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
