Role OverviewThe Area Director will oversee operations of multiple programs serving individuals with identified needs, develop services to meet community needs, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. They will participate in the PSS Leadership team and provide leadership in staff development, coaching, and mentoring.
What You Will Do
Long term strategic planning, program development, public relations and marketing, program operations and quality assurance, financial management, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Service or comparable experience, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a program providing direct support services. The ideal candidate will have five years' work experience with a similar population, including two years in a leadership and management position.
