Role OverviewThe Area Director is the leader of all operations that serve a specific market, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President. Their responsibility is to organize, and lead their teams to be an integrated part of the care pathway for the patients we hope to serve, making Hanger Clinic critical to healthcare institutions and other healthcare providers who care for these patients as well.
What You Will Do
Provides leadership to the assigned market(s) overseeing the growth strategy and activities, directs and collaborates Area Clinic Manager, and Clinic Manager to develop and execute the growth strategy and monitors progress towards the goals adjusting the strategy as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8 years of clinician experience preferred (excludes residency)
- 5 years of management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
