Job Description
Provide Support, Build Relationships, Make a Difference! As an Area Director at AbleLight, you will lead a team delivering person-centered care and services to individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to thrive in a residential setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience required
  • Five to Seven years of previous experience in a work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others
  • Five plus years of leadership experience in a related field leading a dispersed team over a broad geography and proven success with market growth
