Job Description
The Area Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading multiple Food & Beverage restaurant outlets, delivering exceptional service, and managing food and beverage operations in a luxury environment.

Requirements

  • Prior F&B Director experience in a luxury environment
  • Experience working with a third-party restaurant operator
  • Experience partnering with a high-profile Chef
  • Experience of 6+ years in similar role
  • Hotel opening experience
  • Strong F&B marketing experience
  • Must have exposure in leading F&B team at Forbes Four or Forbes Five Star rated property
