Area Director of Food & Beverage

The Area Director of Food & Beverage provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership across the Napa Collection—Silverado Resort, Bardessono Hotel & Spa, and Hotel Yountville. This role is based at Silverado and oversees all culinary, beverage, service, and procurement operations to ensure premium guest experiences, disciplined cost management, and alignment with enterprise wide standards.

The director works in close collaboration with property leadership to elevate regional performance, strengthen operational consistency, and support each property’s unique business needs. This individual will balance their time across the Napa Collection in alignment with business demands, operational priorities, and guest impact considerations.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading a large F&B operation is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
• In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required.

Benefits

• Salary range: $180,000 - $200,000 DOE
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required

• While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to walk or stand for long periods of time

• May need to drive company Golf Carts
