Job Description
Provides human resources leadership, strategic support, consultation, coaching, direction and advice to Hotel Executive Committee and all Hotel employees on all human resources related topics as well as Sonesta and Hotel Culture and Values. Supports California Human Resources teams in all matters relating to HR and Employee/Labor Relations. Works with senior management supporting business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the hotel industry
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, policies, employment law and compliance
  • Highly proficient in HRIS systems (preferable Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience in employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management and talent development
  • Highly approachable demeanor and effective communication leadership style
  • College degree in a related field
