The Area Director of Human Resources (ADHR) is a senior, strategic leader entrusted with shaping the people strategy, culture, and talent philosophy for Bunkhouse hotels across the Austin and Houston markets.
Requirements
Define and execute a multi‐property HR strategy that supports the broader Lifestyle Group vision and long‐range business objectives.
Serve as a senior advisor to hotel leadership teams, influencing decision‐making and guiding organizational design, culture development, and talent strategy.
