HDR is seeking a professional to lead the development and growth of our Drinking Water Market Sector in Kentucky and Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in drinking water leadership and a strong background in strategic planning and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, planning or a related field
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs
  • Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships
  • Experience in overall staff development
  • Experience with industry associations
  • Ability to work cooperatively with leadership
