Role OverviewThe Area Electrical Business Class Lead will lead a team of engineers and designers with experience in complex architectural engineering projects across several market sectors. The position is in the Building Engineering Services Design Center in Minneapolis, MN. The team is multi-disciplinary, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers, and is co-located with the Architecture Practice to support a collaborative and fully integrated design process.
What You Will Do
Establish client relations, manage technical and operational activities, prepare/review project budgets and scopes, schedule and coordinate work, establish work priorities and project assignments, monitor scope of work and scope changes, facilitate coordination with other discipline groups, conduct interviews, establish employee goals, conduct employee performance reviews, and advance the skill level of personnel.
