Role OverviewHDR is seeking an Area Electrical Business Class Lead to lead a team of engineers and designers with experience in complex architectural engineering projects across several market sectors. The position is in our Building Engineering Services Design Center in Minneapolis, MN. The team is multi-disciplinary, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers, supporting a collaborative and fully integrated design process.
What You Will Do
Establish client relations, manage technical and operational activities, prepare/review project budgets and scopes, schedule and coordinate work, establish work priorities, monitor scope of work, facilitate coordination with other discipline groups, and conduct interviews in support of hiring new staff.

Requirements
