Requirements

• Provide hardware support for Dell and Lenovo desktops and laptops
• Support software including operating systems, property applications, and user-specific applications
• Complete technology refreshes of End-of-Life (EOL) equipment
• Maintain hardware inventory for all end-user devices
• Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to track challenges or changes within the IT environment
• Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices (Android, iOS)
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
