Lead daily property operations during lease-up and stabilization phases, ensuring a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction. Coordinate with construction, asset management, and vendor partners to prepare units for occupancy and ensure move-in readiness standards are met.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with LIHTC and affordable housing programs
- HCCP certification required
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office programs
