Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a Branch Area Manager to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned area, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement change to enhance business outcomes.

Requirements

  • GED/Diploma required, college degree in related discipline preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of industry experience with at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office and mathematical skills
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
  • Experience with hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and completing performance evaluations for employees
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
