Role OverviewAs Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations across your assigned portfolio, managing all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services. You will lead your designated area's teams and provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing management reports and client statements, analyzing trends, and working with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance. You will also develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business (helpful but not required)
- Progressive management experience with multi-teams front-line employee oversight
- Established experience with scheduling and payroll (a plus)
- Impeccable conversational and written communication skills
- Ability to use computer and revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite
