Job Description
We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee properties and operational performance throughout our Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey portfolio. The successful candidate will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and outstanding resident satisfaction.
Requirements
2-5 Years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry
Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry certifications (CPM, CAM, RMP, ARM, CMCA) are a plus
Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI is a bonus
