Job Description
The Area Manager (1st shift) is responsible for managing all functions in their area of the warehouse, including data analysis, payroll, HR, performance management, safety, and overall production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 2-3 years of Leadership Experience.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Projects Preferred.
  • Experience managing 20+ Direct Reports Preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control and traffic management.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
  • Able to learn and use in-house software applications such as PowerBi and PKMS.
