Role OverviewThe Area Manager will be accountable for operational performance, including freight/fleet, labor management, service level, working capital and operating expenses. Supervise operations and management team for specified customer or territory, to ensure financial and operational objectives are achieved, policies and procedures are followed and overall fleet and freight programs standards are met.
What You Will Do
Coaches managers in employee retention, customer satisfaction and service, safety awareness and worker' compensation management. Oversees personnel and driver utilization, maintains KPI's, and presents to both internal and external customers.
