Role OverviewThe Area Manager is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for overseeing an assigned area of Playa Bowl locations and creating and cultivating the Playa Bowls culture with all team members in the system. They are people developers, planners, and business acumen experts who excel in driving operational excellence and guest experience.
What You Will Do
The Area Manager will assess and analyze shop KPIs, lead and hold General Managers accountable, monitor shop performance, and implement strategies to improve operations and guest satisfaction. They will also drive business through mentoring and training management, build personal development plans for their GMs, and conduct site evaluations.
