Role OverviewAs an Area Manager, you will lead a team of hourly employees and be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key part in maintaining customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
What You Will Do
Your key job responsibilities will include supporting, mentoring, and motivating your team, managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, and collaborating with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.

Requirements
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
