Job Description
At Dungarvin, we are more than a provider of support services—we’re a mission-driven team rooted in respect, response and choice. We are now hiring for the vital role of Area Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of Oregon's Supported Living programs in Portland and Eugene.
Requirements
Supervise and mentor Program Directors
Ensure Supported Living Program is in compliance with all regulations, policies and standards
Oversee the financial performance of the program
Active engagement with the community to help grow and maintain Supported Living services
Support relationships with families, guardians, and case managers at an area-wide level
Travel between Portland and Eugene several times a month
