Job Description
Dungarvin is hiring an Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of Oregon's Supported Living programs in Portland and Eugene. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and 3+ years of management experience in IDD or comparable human services.

Requirements

  • Supervise and mentor Program Directors
  • Ensure Supported Living Program is in compliance with all regulations, policies and standards
  • Oversee the financial performance of the program
  • Provide leadership during emergencies and oncall situations
  • Active engagement with the community to help grow and maintain Supported Living services
  • Support relationships with families, guardians, and case managers at an area-wide level
  • Travel between Portland and Eugene several times a month to support programs in each location
