Job Description
Dungarvin is hiring an Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of Oregon's Supported Living programs in Portland and Eugene. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and 3+ years of management experience in IDD or comparable human services.
Requirements
Supervise and mentor Program Directors
Ensure Supported Living Program is in compliance with all regulations, policies and standards
Oversee the financial performance of the program
Provide leadership during emergencies and oncall situations
Active engagement with the community to help grow and maintain Supported Living services
Support relationships with families, guardians, and case managers at an area-wide level
Travel between Portland and Eugene several times a month to support programs in each location
