Job Description
The Area Manager leads the performance and operations of multiple locations within a defined geographic area, driving school performance, ensuring operational excellence and quality/safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute area-wide business plans aligned to achieve company targets.
  • Ensure achievement of performance targets with a strong emphasis on school growth and enrollment, safety, and compliance.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across the area; monitor area performance targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop school directors; conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards; resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
