Job Description
The Area Manager of Field Operations manages and leads all activities related to multi-NSM locations, ensuring execution of key branch activities/initiatives, quality, customer care, and employment culture. The role has direct oversight of branches financially and operationally, including responsibility for results in terms of productivity, methods of work, profit and loss and employee retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 8 years in a progressive management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, clients, referral sources, and support staff
