Job Description
The Area Marketing Manager will implement an annual comprehensive marketing and public relations plan to support business objectives for 3 hotels in San Diego. The goal is to heighten market presence, increase positive awareness, strengthen brand loyalty, increase market share, and produce increased revenues and profitability.

Requirements

  • Management and execution of local marketing tactics
  • Assist with all Advertising and Public Relations opportunities in conjunction with hotel's agencies
  • Improve hotel positioning in local, national and international markets
  • Increase total revenue for various business segments through the execution of hotel marketing strategy
  • Assist with local marketing expense planning and processing
  • Identify new marketing opportunities that support the business needs of each of the hotels' segments
