Job Description
The Area Marketing Manager will implement annual comprehensive marketing and public relations plan to support business objectives for 3 hotels. The plan will include objectives, strategy, and tactics for each hotel’s market segments and outlets.

Requirements

  • Management and execution of local marketing tactics
  • Assist with advertising and public relations opportunities
  • Improve hotel positioning in local, national, and international markets
  • Increase total revenue for various business segments
  • Manage local marketing budgets and strategic planning process
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, promotional, and internal communications materials
  • Establish relationships with the media
  • Evaluate promotional opportunities and develop promotions and partnerships
  • Manage and handle incoming requests for on-property filming
  • Develop, coordinate, execute, and maintain a social media plan
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendar of events and initiatives
  • Maintain all hotel and outlet website content
  • Coordinate and oversee all vendors
