Job Description
The Area Marketing Manager will implement annual comprehensive marketing and public relations plan to support business objectives for 3 hotels. The plan will include objectives, strategy, and tactics for each hotel’s market segments and outlets.
Requirements
Management and execution of local marketing tactics
Assist with advertising and public relations opportunities
Improve hotel positioning in local, national, and international markets
Increase total revenue for various business segments
Manage local marketing budgets and strategic planning process
Develop and manage marketing materials, promotional, and internal communications materials
Establish relationships with the media
Evaluate promotional opportunities and develop promotions and partnerships
Manage and handle incoming requests for on-property filming
Develop, coordinate, execute, and maintain a social media plan
Manage and maintain marketing calendar of events and initiatives
Maintain all hotel and outlet website content
Coordinate and oversee all vendors
