Role OverviewAs an Area Project Executive LPC, you will plan, monitor, and control all aspects of large projects, leading the project team to achieve objectives on time and to specified cost, quality, safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure effective project management, controlling, and coordination of responsibilities among all project members within the LPC, FO, and subcontractors.

Your main responsibilities include process-oriented project management from award to handover, leading the project team, ensuring a safe working environment, applying professional project management throughout all project phases, and engaging with sales during the bid process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, BA/BS Business/Management/Engineering or related field
- Master's Degree / MBA preferred
- 10+ years of elevator experience and prior P&L experience required
- Successful experience managing a P&L through market growth and operational excellence
