Role OverviewThe Area Representative works with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. They ensure a consistent approach to discipleship and are accountable for conducting the FCA ministry according to biblical standards.
What You Will Do
The Representative will engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes, train and equip staff and volunteers, oversee recruiting and developing volunteers, connect and communicate with financial partners, and work with the Director to serve the International Region.
