Role OverviewThe Area Representative works with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. They ensure a consistent approach to discipleship and are accountable for conducting the FCA ministry according to biblical standards and FCA policies.
What You Will Do
The Representative will engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes through 1-on-1s, Huddles, and Events. They will oversee recruiting, training, and developing volunteers to lead coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
