Job Description
As an Area Sales Coordinator for Peregrine Hospitality, you will be responsible for coordinating events, communicating with guests and vendors, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for hospitality.
Requirements
Act as a point of contact for guests, coworkers, and vendors
Coordinate rooming lists, event details, and communicate with sales department and guest services department
Maintain professional relationship with guests and potential clients
Organize equipment, files, signage, and amenities
Develop Banquet Event Orders and conduct BEO Meetings
Follow through on contracts and reservations
Group billing and collection of outstanding invoices
