Requirements

  • Act as a point of contact for guests, coworkers, and vendors
  • Coordinate rooming lists, event details, and communicate with sales department and guest services department
  • Maintain professional relationship with guests and potential clients
  • Organize equipment, files, signage, and amenities
  • Develop Banquet Event Orders and conduct BEO Meetings
  • Follow through on contracts and reservations
  • Group billing and collection of outstanding invoices
