Job Description
The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving team sales targets, managing budgets, supporting team leadership, and expanding the market by checking out potential stores. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient operational management. This position is critical for achieving business objectives and growing revenue.

Requirements

  • Sell products/services to achieve team sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Support superiors in managing northern teams and develop team capability.
  • Check out potential stores to expand the market.
  • Check to ensure generic, store-specific planograms and category flows are implemented/maintained.
  • Check shelf-health is implemented and maintained.
  • Ensure proper management of stockrooms.
  • Collect and give feedback using available feedback platforms usage (e.g. manual tracking, SMART, etc.).
  • Gather reports/insights on competitor's activities, promotions, rotation of stock, product recalls, pricing, planograms, and new innovations.
  • Track and collect payments from customers.
  • Maintain customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.
  • Respond to customer orders and queries.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.
