Role OverviewThe Area Service Sales Manager is responsible for implementing and driving a positive Service Sales Culture. This leader will lead, train and grow an existing service sales team, aggressively recruit top industry performers and ultimately take ownership of the Service Sales Culture. The role involves developing a world-class Service Sales Team Culture, hiring, training, and supervising a Service Sales Team, developing annual budgets, and managing Service Sales Goals, Quotas, and KPIs.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing a Service Sales Team Culture, hiring and training a Service Sales Team, developing annual budgets, directing sales forecasting activities, and reviewing and analyzing Service Sales Reports/Dashboards. The role also involves creating leadership-based relationships with key Service Customers, leading Service Sales and Operations collaboration process, and participating in industry-related events.
