What You Will Do
The Structural Business Class Lead manages the technical and operational activities of the structural section, including preparing project budgets and scopes, scheduling work, and establishing work priorities. They also conduct staff performance reviews, mentor employees, and coordinate with other discipline groups and structural section managers across business group locations.
