Role OverviewHDR is seeking an Area Structural Business Class Leader to lead the growth, operations, and technical leadership of the structural team within the Building Engineering Services Group. This role involves managing design, staff development, workload, profitability, and quality control while building strong client relationships and representing HDR in the local industry.
What You Will Do
Establish client relations and participate in marketing and client development activities. Manage technical and operational activities of the structural section, including preparing/reviewing project budgets and scopes, scheduling work, establishing work priorities, monitoring scope changes, and conducting performance reviews. Coordinate with other structural section managers and perform quality control reviews.
