Role OverviewThe Area Superintendent assists project teams as assigned on full scope of preconstruction and build-out phase, supporting the Project Superintendent in all areas including field operations, schedule, trade partner relations, and quality control.
What You Will Do
Overall support for all field activities, safety officer on project, secondary contact to clients and designers for field related matters, shared responsibility for schedule, quality, and safety on project.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or A.S. in Construction Management or related engineering discipline, minimum 5 years' experience on commercial construction projects $30MM+, and strong systems knowledge with traditional construction industry software.
