Role OverviewThe Area Supervisor is responsible for leading field operations within an assigned territory, with accountability for employee performance, safety, service quality, client relationships, and operational execution.
What You Will Do
Manages and provides day-to-day leadership to assigned field personnel, directs and oversees the work of assigned field employees, and participates in hiring, performance management, corrective action, and termination decisions.

Requirements
- Must pass Work Zone Leadership course with 80% or higher
- Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy
- Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards
- Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment
