Role OverviewThe Area Support (East) role is an essential part of what makes everything here at Switchyards Atlanta go 'round. This salaried position supports our 12 Atlanta clubs and 12 other clubs throughout the East Area through the performance and coordination of facility and asset maintenance, project oversight, and ensuring quality control.
What You Will Do
Perform basic facility maintenance and minor repairs, maintain warehouse organization, and support the day-to-day operations of our locations throughout the East Area. Spend the majority of time between our Cabbagetown studio warehouse and our 12 Atlanta clubs.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in facility operations
- Experience in management in these industries is a bonus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for operations, hospitality, great experiences, and creative spaces
- A valid Georgia driver’s license
- A squeaky clean driving record (no points or DUI’s)
- General repair knowledge and skills
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Availability for some travel throughout East Area
