Job Description
HDR is seeking an Area Transit Digital Design Lead to join their Transportation Business Group. The role will involve enhancing transit digital design and delivery capabilities, leading multidisciplinary teams, and managing BIM and digital delivery initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transit design projects
  • 5 years of experience as a BIM / Model Manager
  • Advanced 3D modeling and Digital Design & Delivery / BIM capabilities with Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRail / Roads
  • Familiarity of various design authoring 3D platforms
  • Proficiency in BIM management and coordination tools
  • Ability to manage CAD standards and workspaces in Common Data Environments
  • Demonstrable understanding of design criteria and methodologies essential for digital design and delivery in transit projects
