Role OverviewAs a Transportation Business Group Quality Manager, you will assist in developing and maintaining quality management plans, monitor project quality activities, and report on quality-related issues. You will work closely with program/project managers and discipline leads to ensure project quality and compliance with company standards.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include monitoring QM needs, assessing lessons learned, reporting production risk areas, and providing internal and external project reporting on quality-related activities. You will also establish project quality processes, monitor implementation, and verify adequacy of project quality activities.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experience

- Aptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supported
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supported
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
