Job Description
Lead the operational functions of PruittHealth Home Health Division for the Peach Division, including maintaining budgetary requirements, compliance with regulatory agencies, human resources management, and planning and coordination.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or related health care field
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Public administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Home Health operations
  • Five years executive management level experience
  • Supervisory and leadership experience required
  • Knowledge of Home Health operations, state and federal regulations and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Ability to respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Well organized and able to set priorities
