Job Description
We're seeking an Area Vice President to lead our commercial landscaping business in the Greensboro and Winston-Salem hubs, driving growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive General Management Experience: 8-10 years of progressive general management experience with comprehensive P&L responsibility within the commercial landscaping industry.
  • Inspirational Leadership: Proven success in leading and motivating diverse teams and a knack for building enduring client relationships.
  • Aggressive Growth Mindset: A demonstrated ability to aggressively drive sales and expand market share.
  • Sharp Acumen: Exceptional financial acumen, project management proficiency, and outstanding communication skills.
